1. Accidentally spill your foundation? Eliminate the stain with baking soda
Here’s how it’s done: Blot up any excess with a paper towel. Sprinkle baking soda on affected area scrub with a wet toothbrush.

Soak a cotton ball in nail polish remover, then just wipe away the ink or marker. This works on laminate, granite, and marble countertops.
3. A heavy spritz of hairspray is all you need to easily wipe pen or marker off the walls
Spray (a lot of) hairspray on the mark, and wipe clean with a paper towel.
4. Rescue your underwear from surprise period stains with salt + water
Rinse the stain with cold water and spread a paste made of salt and water onto it. Use a toothbrush to scrub the salt into the affected area. Wash again with cold water.

5. Sweat stains: The simple solution to this type of stain is dish soap + hydrogen peroxide + baking soda.
A mix of one part dish soap, two parts hydrogen peroxide, and a sprinkle of baking soda. Scrub the mixture into the sweat stain with an old toothbrush. Let it sit for an hour before washing.
6. What about when you accidentally spill wine on your carpet?
Carpet wine stain can be solved with white vinegar and baking soda.
Soak up as much wine as possible before pouring white vinegar onto the carpet. After 15 minutes, blot away excess vinegar. Sprinkle with baking soda and scrub at the stain with a wet toothbrush.
7. Wash accidental color-bleed stains out of white laundry using diluted bleach
Soak your clothes in 16 cups of water with a 1/4 cup of bleach for 10 minutes and rinse afterward.
