Grammy award-winning rapper Cardi B recently got real about her skincare struggles. The “WAP” singer reveals she suffers from “uncomfortable” acne and turned to her Twitter followers for advice.
“I been breaking out lately and my face is extremely dry. Don’t think these products are working. I think it’s the water out here. What are some good products for little blackheads breakouts and dry skin on your face?” she tweeted on Monday.
Cardi also shared a photo of a breakout on her cheek, writing, “It’s been happening for like 3 months now.Sh*t really is uncomfortable.”

As countless product recommendations poured in, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper told fans that she’d already tried a number of over-the-counter remedies. Referring to popular brand Cetaphil, she wrote, “My mom love that sh*t. I don’t really like it I don’t feel like it cleans my face right,” adding that CeraVe‘s products “really don’t work for me.”

When one of her followers suggested she consult a dermatologist, Cardi replied that she’d already gone that route, too.
“They gave me some sh*t that dried my face more and make me get more pores” she explained. “They said it will take 3 months but I don’t got time for that and didn’t give me a reason on why I’m breaking out. I never broke out on my cheeks and chin.”

“Ok @Kehlani recommended me somebody for my face…Imma give ya a update in 2 weeks…” she wrote.
