Blake Lively’s latest baby with husband Ryan Reynolds has arrived.
The actress gave birth to her and Ryan Reynolds’ fourth child, Page Six can exclusively confirm.
Lively hinted at the news on Instagram Sunday, sharing a photo of herself, her husband, and his mom, Tammy Reynolds, at home noticeably without a baby bump.
“Puppy Bowl Sunday 2023🥘 🍲 🥧 been busy,” she wrote.
The “Gossip Girl” alum, 35, surprised fans with her pregnancy reveal in September 2022, debuting her budding belly on a red carpet in a gold Maison Valentino dress.
Hours after the outing, Lively posted a slideshow of her pregnancy progress via Instagram.
Lively shared a photo of herself at home Sunday after welcoming the baby.
“Here are photos of me pregnant in real life so the 11 guys waiting outside my home for a 🦄sighting will leave me alone,” the “Age of Adaline” star wrote. “You freak me and my kids out.

In the social media slideshow, the expectant star was all smiles in a cut out swimsuit, a pink bikini, a robe and more maternity looks.
The “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” star wed Reynolds in 2012. They welcomed daughter James, now 8, two years later. Inez, 6, and Betty, 2, arrived in 2016 and 2019, respectively.
