Apple Launches New MacBook Upgrade Program For Business Partners

Apple is launching a new MacBook Upgrade program especially for business partners, the tech company is partnering with the CIT as its financier. This new program would allow companies to easily upgrade their fleets of Macbooks for all their workers at affordable rates.

The CIT site shows that partner companies can upgrade to the latest 14-inch and 16-inch Macbooks Pros at $60 and $75 monthly respectively. Whereas its cheaper 13-inch Macbook Pro and MacBook Air will retail for $30 and $39 monthly respectively.

Ideally, Apple says the partner companies can pay only 3% of the retail prices of these Macbook in monthly instalments.

Apple will be releasing a Mac level kind of AR headset coming next year according to a report from analyst Ming-chi Kuo. The analyst has been known to predict Apple’s unreleased gadgets and events.

This new augmented reality headset would have two processors according to analyst Kuo, one with “the same level of computing power as M1” that’s Apple first Mac chip. The other processor will have a lower power to handle sensors.

Kuo also says that this “Mac-level (PC-level) computing power” will be using Sony’s 4K OLED microdisplays, two to be exact. He believes that the Headset will work independently of an iPhone, making use of its own ecosystem.

While Apple offers an iPhone Upgrade program, that allows its customers to easily upgrade to the latest and greatest iPhones from the tech company. This MacBook upgrade program is only for corporate partners, and once verified Apple will begin shipment.
