In this thriller, Grace (played by Crystal Fox), a disheartened woman, is restored by a new romance, only to discover her relationship is full of secrets. Then her vulnerable side quickly turns violent.
In 2018, Tyler Perry released a similar film titled “Acrimony”. The story talks about a woman who gives her youth to support her husband’s dream only for him to get wealthy and marry another woman. She becomes revengeful and determined to get back her man and everything she deserves.
Like many people on Twitter, do you think Tyler Perry’s plot is always the same, portraying black women as angry or broken?
