It appears that 9ice and his wife Sunkanmi have reconciled and are now ready to fight for their marriage a month after 9ice’s cheating scandal.
The music star’s wife took to her Instagram page on Wednesday, 3oth December 2020, where she shared a photo of the family at a private outing.
“Progress not perfection,” she captioned the photo. 9ice commented on the photo saying; ”Human not God.”
Last month, 9ice had taken to Instagram to apologise to his wife Sunkanmi Akande after a n*de photo of him hit the internet.
This was after he became embroiled in a cheating scandal when a video of him with a woman surfaced on the internet.
In the video, the lady who was filming the moment is joined by the singer who comes up behind her and then proceeds to caress her b*obs.
Apologising with a video on Instagram, 9ice admitted that his philandering attitude is about to cost his marriage, and he can’t afford to lose his wife, who he described as his “backbone”.

“I have done something so shameful, so terrible, and it’s costing me, my family. And the most important thing is my family. That 9ice you always see that you always appreciate is by my wife, Olasunkunmi Ajala Akande. And because of this terrible thing that I have done, it is costing me a lot.”
I apologise for what I have done and I need you guys to help me beg my wife. She is my backbone. That 9ice that you always see, that strives, that brings out the best in our culture and tradition is because I have a backbone. I apologise for my wrongdoing and I need you guys to help me beg my wife.
I have excelled in many other things but one thing that I have failed in, is my marriage but this one I want this one to work. Please, please, and please help me beg my wife. Save this marriage for me, God bless you.”
In December 2019, 9ice wedded Olasunkanmi Ajala, who is one of his baby mamas in a lavish traditional wedding ceremony. The two welcomed their first daughter, Michelle Abolanle Akande, six years ago.
