2 Drink a cup after every pee break
We all have something we do regularly during the day and pee breaks are one staple. Make a mental note to drink a glass just after every pee break. This will mean you pee more as the water flushes out harmful toxins and inadvertently drink more water. Mission accomplished.

Using apps makes it even more exciting to drink more water. Apps like Daily water or Daily Water-Free will make drinking water easier and more fun. They track your daily water intake and prompt you to reach your set goal.
4 Dilute sodas or sugary drinks with water or ice cubes
Dousing your glass of soda with water or ice cubes will reduce the sugar concentration in it and make you drink more water. Gradually, this habit can help you break free from soda intake which is great for your body.
5 Keep a gallon nearby
If you keep a jug of water around, it will be in your line of sight which will make you drink it eventually. Also, fill all your available water bottles with water to help your water drinking goals.

This is another cool way to take more water. Add water-rich foods like grapefruit, Zucchinis, watermelon, and cucumbers to your shopping list and research creative ways to consume them.
Use a marked water bottle
There’s this rush you get from seeing your own success so a marked water bottle is recommended. It helps you see your progress and keeps you committed to meeting your mark.

Set strict goals for yourself
Setting a goal like “drinks 4 cups of water daily” is a little too vague. Think of it as a fun task that helps your body so set strict and clear goals for yourself. You could set goals like drink 2 glasses before 10 am and another two before 12 pm. This will track your water intake and also, help you drink up.
