Social media metrics let you know just how well your brand is doing across platforms, here are the most important metrics to track.
1. Reach
Reach is the number of people who see your content on social media and these metrics are valuable because it can show you lots of things. For example, you can compare how many of your followers and non-followers see your content.
2. Impressions
Impressions represent the number of times users see your content and it could be higher than the number of reach. And, the later part is a good indicator that your content is getting multiple views from the same user.
